We offer DIY materials and custom lingerie through our Site. All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

When you place an order on our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept Payments through Stripe, Squarespace Payments, Paypal.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities of products purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same Account, the same credit card, the same email address, or orders that use the same promotion code, billing or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Additionally, we may limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or any unauthorized party. You are not permitted to resell any products or services purchase through any of the Site for commercial purposes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping costs and methods are outlined during the checkout process.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges on cut fabrics and customized kits. Custom lingerie items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stephie's Lingerie and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to resell any custom lingerie purchased from our Site. Our products are for personal use only and may not be resold.
