This beautiful picot elastic is shiny on top and plush on bottom. Comes in color options black or white. The little picots have braided details and match perfectly in size with my band elastic listings.
The white elastic is 100% dyeable with the other notions in my shop.
comes in size 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm.
personally, I like to use the 10mm and 12mm for garter belts in addition to bra strap elastic.
