3/8 PLUSH Picot Band Elastic

This one sided picot has plush details on both sides. The picot details are braided and match perfectly with the bra strap elastics in my shop.

I would recommend this elastic for underwear or the top band of a bra or bralette. It’s so cute and dainty!
